NIMA NEJAD

Nima Nejad is the Chief Finance and Operations Officer of Spot On Sciences and Tribeca Companies, a private equity firm.  Nima is also the VP of Regulatory Affairs at Lyfe Bioscience, a provider of specialty healthcare focused on fertility, and the Chief Strategy Officer of AirX Bioscience, a global leader in reconstructive surgery products and the standard of care in two-stage breast reconstruction. 

Nima has nearly two decades of experience in private equity operations and product commercialization.  He has overseen merger and acquisition of several companies and led the development and execution of numerous complex regulatory pathways for class I and class II medical devices.  Additionally, he has co-led strategy formation and execution of various R&D projects in the medical device and technology sectors.

Nima has extensive functional experience in financial planning and analysis for a diverse range of industries, including MedTech.  He has led multiyear financial audits and managed budgeting and forecasting of financial results, business metrics, and cash flow of substantial investments.  He actively tracks composite performance across Tribeca’s portfolio companies.

In the past fifteen years, Nima has played an active role in leading the development of multiple companies from the ground up, including raising of capital, staff recruitment, supply chain management and deployment of sales, marketing and commercialization strategies.  He formerly directed a team of engineers to develop a B2B health and wellness technology platform marketed to fortune 500 companies and founded a custom apparel company that dressed celebrities for numerous red-carpet events.

Nima has an Executive MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California and holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from California State University – East Bay.
